HPX Launches Sealer2100, the World’s First Iris Recognition Hardware Wallet and Stakes 10 BTC on Its Security

The 2,100-unit limited device pairs EAL6+ hardware, AirGap offline signing, and 2048-bit iris biometrics. A 10 BTC + $100k USDT public security challenge backs the claim.

Dubai, June 11, 2026 - HPX Limited today announced the launch of Sealer2100, the first hardware cryptocurrency wallet to integrate iris recognition for biometric authentication. The device combines a CC EAL6+ certified secure element, AirGap QR-based offline transaction signing, and 2048-bit encrypted iris biometrics in a titanium alloy body. Global production is capped at 2,100 units, with pre-sale scheduled to open on June 18, 2026, during the FIFA World Cup window.

The Sealer2100 is designed for long-term self-custody holders in a market where hardware wallet trust has been eroded by supply chain incidents and data leaks.

HPX’s approach centers on verifiable security: the full codebase is open-source under the Apache 2.0 license, independently audited by CertiK and Kudelski Labs, and open to public inspection on GitHub.

Iris Authentication Replaces PIN and Fingerprint

The device’s iris recognition module captures 2048 encrypted biometric feature points and applies infrared liveness detection that analyzes dynamic pupil response, reducing the false acceptance rate by 99.7% compared to fingerprint recognition. Recognition completes in 0.3 seconds without requiring physical contact with the device.

Iris templates are stored inside the EAL6+ secure element and never transmitted externally. The biometric data cannot be exported, replicated, or reused across platforms, addressing a persistent weakness of both PIN-based and fingerprint-based hardware wallets.

EAL6+ Chip and Fully Offline Signing

The Sealer2100 is built around the TMC THD89, a secure element carrying both EMVCo and CC EAL6+ certification, a standard held by roughly 3% of secure chips worldwide. The chip includes physical tamper-proofing with a self-destruct mechanism, resistance to side-channel attacks, and support for post-quantum encryption algorithms including XMSS.

Transactions are signed fully offline through AirGap QR code exchange. No Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or USB data path is active during signing, eliminating wireless signal leakage. The protocol is compatible with 12 major third-party wallets including MetaMask, OKX, and iToken.

Built for Durability

The titanium alloy frame houses a 3.5-inch MIPI touchscreen (480×800, 60Hz), certified against 1.5-meter drops and 100,000 touch cycles, and rated for operation from -30°C to 70°C. An 800mAh battery supports 100 minutes of continuous signing. The device ships with a USB-C cable, steel mnemonic backup plate, and signal-blocking case.

The Sealer2100 supports over 50 blockchain protocols across EVM, UTXO, and Move architectures, and more than 5,000 digital assets through the companion HPX Web3 App on iOS and Android.

10 BTC Security Season

Alongside the product launch, HPX has introduced the 10 BTC Security Season, a dual-track public security challenge funded by a 10 BTC pool.

The Growth Fund invites security researchers, white hat hackers, and developers to submit vulnerability reports, architecture improvements, and security education content through responsible disclosure. Rewards are paid in BTC on-chain, from 0.005 BTC for suggestions up to 1 BTC for critical findings. A Proof of Security Ledger publicly tracks reports received, fixes shipped, and rewards disbursed.

The White Hat Bounty Edition offers a 1 BTC reward to the first person who can break a limited-edition Sealer2100 device, with no conditions attached. Ten consecutive failed iris verification attempts trigger a reward wallet reset to prevent brute-force attacks; the device itself remains fully functional afterward.

About HPX and Sealer2100

Sealer2100 is the world’s first hardware cryptocurrency wallet with integrated iris recognition, developed by HPX Limited. Built around a CC EAL6+ certified secure element, AirGap QR-based offline signing, and 2048-bit iris biometric authentication, the Sealer2100 is housed in a titaniutewm alloy body with a 3.5-inch touchscreen. Limited to 2,100 units globally, the device works alongside the HPX Web3 App, supporting 50+ blockchain protocols and 5,000+ digital assets. Security audits are conducted by CertiK and Kudelski Labs. The codebase is fully open-source under Apache 2.0, verifiable on GitHub. More information is available at sealer2100.com.
