Just breaking on MSNBC, new portions of the all-important affidavit justifying the search warrant of Mar-a-Lago have been unredacted, and there are portions that stick out as extremely important.

Breaking: A judge just unsealed more portions of the Mar-a-Lago search warrant affidavit. Of note: The DOJ subpoena for surveillance video was sent on June 24 and asked for all surveillance records “from the time period of January 10, 2022 to present.”

That is video surveillance for eight months! And it sounds like Trump and his people guaranteed continuous and saved surveillance of the storage area, and – if Trump did not, that would be a problem for him.

JUST IN: At DOJ’s request, magistrate unseals more aspects of Mar-a-Lago search warrant affidavit. Key detail: DOJ subpoena for surveillance camerage footage stretched all the way to Jan. 10, 2022. https://t.co/pGJnJ8zNtF pic.twitter.com/a0VP8oGMfB — Kyle Cheney (@kyledcheney) September 13, 2022

We are writing as the news breaks on MSNBC. Trump’s attorneys lied about another detail (they already lied when certifying that all documents had been turned over), and his attorneys said that all documents had been stored in a locked and guarded storage area. Of course, we know now that documents were found in Trump’s “45 Office.” It sounds like Trump lied to attorneys who – for reasons passing understanding and logic – his attorneys decided they would put their license and freedom on the line based on the word of the man who might be the world’s most notorious liar. If DOJ can prove that Trump LIED to his attorneys about having turned everything over, it would constitute the most rock-solid case of obstruction of justice in existence, according to MSNBC legal analyst Joyce Vance.

Trump broke the law and then lied. He lied to his lawyers, to the FBI, to the government. Judge unseals more portions of Mar-a-Lago search warrant affidavit on what was found. It’s horrific. pic.twitter.com/gRtEUa93wL — Cynethryth (@Cynethryth5) September 13, 2022

Amazingly, it was Trump’s team that asked that the redacted areas be released. They seem to believe that with each release, they’ll be seen as increasingly persecuted when they just look more guilty.

Another revelation: Of the 17 top-secret documents found, some contained FISA files. Thus, the files necessarily include surveillance records, which would, of course, be some of the most secret evidence in the government’s possession. The records also include human intelligence, which – by necessity puts that source’s life in trouble if the information gets out.

WOW. All Mar-a-Lago surveillance video “from the time period of January 10, 2022 to present.”

The FBI’s forensic experts would have been easily able to determine if any video was edited or missing!https://t.co/8aMv8awJrx — Bruce (@blfit91) September 13, 2022

NEW

Trump lawyer told DOJ/FBI “he was advised” all White House records were in MAL storage room, and “he was not advised” any records were in any private office space. Most likely points to … being advised by his client, Donald Trump. Less redacted Affidavit just released.👇 pic.twitter.com/HT7K6j5VU7 — Ryan Goodman (@rgoodlaw) September 13, 2022

We will update you as more information becomes available.
